General Terms

Age Limit & Eligibility

gbagi may verify age at the time of account registration and before processing any withdrawal. If required, a copy of a National ID, passport, or birth certificate may need to be submitted. Opening an account by falsely declaring your age is a serious violation and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

gbagi primarily provides services for players in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves that participating in online gaming from their location is lawful. gbagi reserves the right to restrict or suspend services in specific regions at any time due to legal obligations.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
• Example: deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per account
• Bonus funds can be used to play, but cannot be withdrawn directly
• Breaching bonus terms may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings
• gbagi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion
• There is a maximum bet limit when playing with bonus funds

5.4 VIP Program

gbagi's VIP program has five tiers. Regular play allows progression to higher tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Account Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may contact the gbagi support team at any time to request closure of your account. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Self-exclusion and temporary break options are also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.2 Closure by gbagi

gbagi may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Providing false or incomplete identity information
• Failure to pass age verification
• Compliance with legal obligations or regulatory directives

Limitation of Liability

gbagi always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, gbagi is not liable in the following situations:
